Where can I find my account number?

You can retrieve your Astro account number by referring to the top right corner of your Astro bill, which has a 10-digit combination (e.g.08XXXXXXXX or 09XXXXXXXX).

Another way to retrieve your account number is via My Astro:

My Astro app on your Internet-connected Ulti/Ultra Box

1. Press "Home"
2. Launch My Astro app on the Ultra/Ulti Box (shortcut icon next to Settings icon on Home screen, or launch the app through app rail)
3. Once the app is loaded, press Yellow button on your Astro remote control to reveal Account Details

My Astro app or web

1. Download the My Astro app or visit My Astro web
2. Login using your Astro ID
3. You will see your account number tied to your subscription located at the top corner of the home page.
