I forgot my Astro ID, what do I do now?

If you have forgotten your Astro ID, you can easily retrieve it through the My Astro website or My Astro app by following these simple steps:

• Step 1: Visit https://id.astro.com.my/ and click on “Forgot Astro ID?”

• Step 2: Enter your Account Number or Smartcard Number. If you do not know where to find it, click on “Where to find your Account/Smartcard Number”

Note: Only Astro customers whose Astro ID is linked to their subscription can retrieve their Astro ID this way. Otherwise, you would need to create a new account.
