I remember having an Astro ID, but when I tried to retrieve my Astro ID or reset my password, my account cannot be found; what do I do now?

Please visit any of Astro’s digital platform that you would like to log into, such as Astro’s official website (www.astro.com.my). Then, create a new Astro ID using your email address or mobile number by clicking “No Astro ID? Create Now!”. After creating your new Astro ID, please use it to log into our digital platforms moving forward.
