Here's what you can do with your unused Ultra/Ulti Plug & Play Box:

1. Return your device to us via Arranged Pick-up:

Step 1: Please call Astro's Contact Centre at 03-9543 3838 to schedule an arranged pick-up by one of our courier partners.

Step 2: Just sit back and relax! A courier agent will come to your doorstep to retrieve the devices.
