Do I need to return my equipment after termination of my account?

Yes, we will schedule for the equipment collection after you have terminate the services.

If equipment is damaged or lost, penalty fee will be charged as below:

  • Astro Box – RM100
  • Router – RM200 (For Astro Fibre only)
  • Mesh – RM200 each (For Astro Fibre only)
