Do I have to print or fill in any forms before handing my Ultra Box or Ulti Box to the appointed courier agent?
No, you are not required to print any form before handing the Ultra Box or Ulti Box. However, when you return your Astro Box at a courier partner's branch, you will need to fill out a consignment note. Please retain this note for at least 14 days as proof of return.
