Box not responding to remote control - HD enabled Box
STEP 1
Press any button on your Astro remote.
INDICATOR: LED blinking 3 times / NO LED blink
SOLUTION: Replace new battery
STEP 2
Check if you can change channel using your Astro remote control.
If issue remain after the battery replacement, try changing the channel manually directly from box front panel (If any).
If it's working, you might need to replace your Astro remote.
This might be due to a faulty Astro remote.
