Where can I update my contact details?

You may download My Astro App or visit My Astro web to manage your account and information. You also change your contact details via your TV by using the remote. Follow the steps below:


A. My Astro App

Step 1: Log in with your Astro ID
Step 2: Go to the Account tab and select Profile
Step 3: Under Mobile Number, tap the edit icon
Step 4: Select your verification method. The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
Step 5: Enter the new mobile number and tap Next
Step 6: Enter the OTP sent to the new number and tap Verify
Step 7: A successful notification will be displayed

B. My Astro Web

Step 1: Log in with your Astro ID
Step 2: Go to the Personal Info button
Step 3: Step 3: Under Mobile Number, tap the edit icon
Step 4: Select your verification method. The OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
Step 5: Enter the new mobile number and tap Next
Step 6: Enter the OTP sent to the new number and tap Verify
Step 7: A successful notification will be displayed

C. For Ultra and/or Ulti Users

1. Launch the My Astro app on your Home screen and you will land on your My Astro account dashboard. Then, press the yellow button on your Astro remote control to visit your "Account details".
1. Press the down button to view the "Personal info".
1. Press the left button and focus on the edit icon for the contact details, press on "OK" to change your contact details.
