What happens if I change my package after signing up?

The customer will lose their current rebate on their current package. The customer may still receive a rebate if they switch from Astro One Entertainment to Astro One Sports or vice versa during the campaign period. However, to qualify for the rebate, they must re-contract, meaning they need to start a new contract.
