Can I withdraw my termination request?

  • Yes, you are allowed to cancel the termination request within the schedule date by calling Astro.
  • For terminated Regular (DTH) account and still holding the equipment, please contact Astro for further action.
  • For terminated account with Broadband, we’re unable to re-instate your service. A new application is required.
