What will happen if I downgrade my packs or terminate Astro services before the end of my contract term?

If you choose to downgrade your packs or terminate Astro services before the end of your contract term, you will have to pay a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is calculated based on your subscribed package, contract period and box type. If you cancel your service(s)/change your packages upon completion of your contract term, you won't have to pay any cancellation fee.
