How will the Service Tax be charged in my bill statement?
There are three tax indicators for customers to refer to and they are labelled as such:
- S1 = 8% Service Tax
- S2 = 6% Service Tax
- N = Non-taxable item
Each item in your bill, under the Monthly Charges section will be marked with one of these labels. Example:
S1 Primary Pack
S2 Astro Fibre 50 Mbps
The service tax amount for each item will be indicated right after the itemised list. Tax is calculated based on these indicators and added to your total monthly charges.
