How do I get my refund?

For payments made using credit cards, refunds will be reversed back to the respective card. Whilst payment made by cash and online banking will be made to the account holders bank account.

You may submit your request via Feedback Form with below information details based on your payment method from below option.

Feedback type : Payment/Billing
Issue : Refund – Termination of Account;
Refund – Excess Payment;
Refund – Wrong payment
Transfer credit balance
