How are the prorated charges for Service Tax calculated?

Service Tax is charged based on the date the service is rendered. For services rendered on or after 1st March 2024, the Service Tax rate would be at 8% whilst for services enjoyed before 1st March 2024, the Service Tax rate would be 6%.
