1. Who is eligible for this offer?

All Malaysian Civil Servants, both currently in service and retired, are eligible for the ‘Tawaran Eksklusif untuk Penjawat Awam’ offer.



2. What documents will I need to submit to verify eligibility?

To verify eligibility, customers must submit one of the following documents:

• Civil servant ID or any Ministry Approved card identification
• Payslip (Header Only) showing the Ministry
• Letter of employment
• Pension Card
• Letter of retirement
• Any other verifiable documentation (subject to Astro’s discretion)

3. Can civil servants who are existing Astro customers change their pack to get this offer?

Yes, all civil servants who are existing Astro customers are eligible for this offer. Customers can simply switch their current subscription to one of the promotional packages available.

4. Can I sign up for a family member who is a Civil Servant?

No, the account holder must be the same person who is employed by the government.
 
If your family member is already an Astro subscriber and lives at the same address, and wishes to enjoy the offer, you must first transfer the ownership of the account to your civil servant family member before proceeding with the pack change as described in question 3.
